Default sink water pump

Does anyone know where the sink water pump is located and how to access it in a 1996 2300SC?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply but it's not in the engine bay and the water tank is under the floor under the steering wheel. I also can't remove the water tank through the opening next to the head. not a very well designed boat for doing repairs!

Take a look at the parts manual for that year/make/model:

http://www.maxumcustomercare.com/catalogs_index.html

It looks like the details for the pressure water system are on page 27. The diagram is hard to follow, but it looks like it's in the bilge under the sole in the cabin. Is there a access panel in the floor in the cabin? I'd check there.

Thanks for the info shrew. It's where I thought it might be - I looked earlier for an access panel but didn't find one - I'll look again.

Me too, is there a fuse or something for it. I tried to take off the kick panel below the door, but couldn't locate all the screws under the carpet. by the way where are all the fuses?

Look in the ski storage area. There should be two screws holding what looks like a carpeted box in the front end of the ski locker. Remove the screws and remove the box. Look up towards the front and there should be the pump. It is a pain to get to.
