Default Removing Seats on 1995 Maxum 2400 SCR

I'm trying to get the seats reupholstered and I need to remove the seats. Does anyone know how I can do this? I'm looking for bolts but I want to make sure I'm doing it the best.

did this last year but painted them instead. Easy removal, the back to back loungers are bolts underneath each seat. The bench seat you have to unscrew from the inside the of the storage space. The bench back pad you have to remove the louvered blower vent on the transom and from the inside of there. There will most likely be some type of caulk on the bottom seat and the piano hinge. It is easier than expected and good time to clean and lube the sliders.

Mine looks worn and faded, I may have to do the same, what kind of paint did you use?
