Default Props on a 2900scr 2001

Dose any one know what props came on a 2001 2900scr with twin 4.3l and what props will work best. Got the boat this Jan. to replace our 94 25' monterey down in Fla. the new boat will stay in Wis. this summer to play on lake michegan before the trip south in Oct. any words of advise helps.

welcome to the zoo...don't know what drives you have so we can't offer any kind of prop advice..the best way to know if you have the right props is to go out and do a wot run..if your rpm's are in the wot range recommended by the manufacturer........
that will tell you if you have the right props or not...

first bit of advice is ....never approach the dock faster than you want to crash into it.....

This boat with Alpha drives originally had a 14 by 20 four blade aluminum prop but I switched to a stainless steel four blade 14-3/8 by 18 with much better results.
