I've noticed looking at the online boat sales sites there seem to be more Maxums listed for sale which are located back east. Where were they manufactured?

I believe the largest manufacturing facility was Arlington, Wa. I believe the Everette, Wa was the corporate headquarters.

My 1997 2400SCR HIN starts with USPA and I believe the latter years many were assembled at Bayliner plants.

Perhaps because they were manufactured locally, demand is greater in the Puget Sound area and availability is less. Or perhaps it just because it's January

Thanks for the info

Yep listing are down this time of the year. Maxum’s have made their way around the globe as we have members in Europe, Middle East and Down Under.

Correct, there were a number of models manufactured at plants using a Bayliner HIN. It is my understanding that some were built alongside Searay's as well, however, the Searay and Maxum never shared HIN's.

I can cross-reference a plant by HIN, but have no way to telling what Bayliner HIN's were also used on Maxum. I have no way to pulling up just the bayliner plants that manufactured Maxum's.
