Default Air Conditoner Condensation Drain

I have a 1999 SCR 3000. I noticed over the weekend that the air conditioning pan was filling up with water and not draining. I can see the drain hose end that connects to the pan, but not very easy to reach. Does anyone know where it dumps into as I am trying to determine if the other end is easier to reach. Thanks for your help.

I have a 1997 3000SCR. My A/C unit sits under the front birth to the STBD side. It drains into into the floor and runs into the storage compartment on the stud side under the seats. That then drains into the bilge. Not the best design but never had a problem with it. Any other questions just ask.
