I still confused on what is suppose to be in there ..a small cooler ? And another one is the screw at the bottom of the Steering wheel..

Not sure if it was designed for a cooler or just storage. The knob is to adjust drag on the steering, more drag helps the wheel from being impacted by the IOs steering torque however with power assist steering this is not really an issue.

Thank you Mike for the information.. Now time to look for a small cooler that fit in there or figure it out what else I could use that area for ...
