Default 1996 2400 scr

Hello everyone. Just bought a 1996 Maxum 2400 SCR and found this forum. It's good to know there is a place to go to ask questions.

Welcome to the website! WE try our best to help out other boaters in this forum.

Send us some pictures of that beautiful boat of yours and where you boat.

Good luck and have a safe summer!

Roger

Thanks folks. The engine is a 5.7 merc with an Alpha 1 - Series 2 . We are up on the north end of Lake Couchiching, Ontario, on the north end of the Trent-Severn waterway.

Wow, photo taken today - June, and you two are still wearing several layers! When does it start getting warm up there?

LOL!. That was actually last week in May on a rainy day. This was the boat we wanted but on condition switches were replaced, hot water tank had to be done, and the fuel gauge didn't work. They replaced all the switches and actually put all new gauges in. The folks at the Marina where we bought it were awesome, so we rented a slip there for the season. We spent the first weekend June 7th and the weather was great, 85.
