bought the closest latch assy they had, was to big to fit in the spot, but i was able to combine the pieces from my old one and the pieces from the new one that the old one was missing to make the old one work

also got the motor and outdrive swapped over from my wellcraft and scrapped its hull. was going to test fire it tonight but it got to late so i just put the battery in for the first time to test the electronics out. to my surprise almost everything works. but this led me to a few new questions

my nav light doesnt work (assuming its just the bulb) my wellcraft had a dual switch for the lights, on NAV it lit both front and rear lights, on ANC it only lit the rear. this boat has a switch for nav, and a switch for anchored. when the nav switch is pressed is the rear light supposed to come on?? it works on anchor, but when only the nav switch is pressed it doesnt light up.

also there is a switch for courtesy lights, but i didnt see anything light up anywhere and i didnt see any spots for lights. where would they be if i had them??

Yes the rear light should be lite when Nav is on.

You probably don't have any coursty lights in a 1900.
