Default 2100SD bilge pump repair

I think my bilge pump is not working. I can see the pump under the engine but there is no way I can reach it without lifting the engine. Does anyone know how to get to the pump?

So if you turn on the bilge pump helm switch you do not hear it run? Have you checked the fuse at the panel under the helm? Make sure the battery switch is on for these two tests.

Can you reach the float and manually lift it to see if the pump runs?

I can not hear it running and I am going to need a long tool and camera to reach the float switch.
