Default BBQ mount
I machined a 20 inch long stainless steel stick with handle diameter of 1 inch and is connected through a T stainless holder.

Here is another idea that has worked for us..............I just put an old towel down on the swin platform to catch anything.http://tinypic.com/r/ebd5s7/7
