Default Automatic Transfer Switch

Our 3700 SCR has twin breakers (shore power & genny) with slide locks for side "A" and the same for side "B" of the AC panel. I am considering installing an Esco ES350 (3 input) automatic transfer switch and eliminating the genny breakers on the AC panel. This would automate the transfer of power from shore power to genny to inverter.

Has anyone done this? Any comments would be appreciated.
