The upper doghouse is plastic, glass wouldn't stick very well. The vertical pieces are 1/8" thick by 3/4" wide. It's much stronger than it ever was from the factory.

Doghouse done and it looks really good.

Started hurting the floor and foam

Foam was soaked but the stringers don't look too bad, I'll update once we get a good look at them.

You sure are going to town, hopefully you'll get some time on the water before the season is over.

I'm having a shop do the bulk of the floor and stringer work so hopefully it'll be back together in a couple weeks.

Very nice work. Since I am working on the same boat I will keep following here. Thankfully my floor seems solid, but having to do seats. I thought the seat bases were built in & not easily removed. But does not look that way from the pics.
I have ordered a new fold able Wise back to back for the port side, then going to put a smaller operators seat on a pedestal on the starboard side.

So looking at the pic I have a question. I have a 89 1700 IO, but the pad on the back goes all the way across the stern. Different years? Or is this a custom setup here?
