Ed and Inge..............I have spent a bunch of time on the boot show website. This show looks big really big. I bet if you can't find it there...... it isn't made?

Is this europe's big show for the winter?

Living halfway between St Louis and Chicago we have already been to the Chicago show which has been scaled down because of the economy, now looking forward to the St. Louis Boat show in Feb. and also to the fact it will be closer to spring........

hai roger.....

it's the biggest boatshow in the world with more than 300.000/400.000 visitors from all over the world just in one week, with more than 1550 exhibitors from al over the world, the netherlands are the leader with more than 280 exhibitors of boats and equipment (we are one off the world leaders in building steel boats), and also all the u.s. big brands like brunswick etc are on these show..... a few years ago the had a boat of more than 80 mtrs (about 240 ft) inside one of the halls.

I'm undecided about the New England Boat Show. It used to be HUGE. Last year it was disappointing. Many boat lines were not represented. When Bayliner doesn't show up, you know there's a problem.

well you know....they still have to many in stock...the bayliner dealer in the netherlands is stunting with 2006/2007 models wich he bought in the states....from my maxum dealer i heard that maxum still has a lot of boats in the states......and now everybody worldwide knows that maxum is over.........dont know if they are gonna sell these boats anymore.....maybe with a very big discount from lets say a 50%

and at the boatshows square meters are becoming more and more expensive so you gonna have to sell a lot to earn your money back........

We should be able to do it in a day.
Skip all the fishing boat, skip the slow trawlers, skip the sail boats. That ought to be at least half the displays.
