Default Replace cleats maxum 1900 sr '97

hello everyone, was wondering if somebody can help. I have a Maxum 1900 SR year 1997. I would like to replace the 2 front cleats but cant seem to find a way through - seems like there is access behind the front cushioning (back rest of the front seats) however this doesn't seem to come off - any ideas?

welcome to the zoo....there are a couple of ways that the cushions will come off....look between the folds of the outer skin..there is probably a couple of screws in there allowing the cushion to come off...

the other way is to just pop it up....sometimes they have clips in the back or z brackets that slip into a hole....take your palm and kinda hit the bottom of the cushion in the up direction....
