The boat model is not important, it's the toilet series you need to verify.

Okay thank you for your help I'm going to try to disconnect the whole unit and see if it is airlock somehow I had some people on my boat that did not know how to use the toilet so that could be another issue but if not I'm going to order that replacement part

Check the vent on the port side near the fuel and fresh water vents. Mine was clogged with poop and shut the whole system down. The pump wouldn't pump and pump out didnt help either. The system has to vent or it does not work. Remove the vent and clean the stainless steel screen with wire brush.
