Default smoking stern drive

Up at Lake Tahoe yesterday in my SR 1900 w/ mercruiser 220 hp. I noticed some smoke coming from the back of the boat while we were cruising. Looked like it was coming from the stern drive not the engine and engine temperature was normal. Should I be concerned ? Its only the second time out on the water this season, perhaps it was still the winterizing treatment burning off ? Any thoughts would be appreciated ...

probably the winterizing oil and/or steam out the back from the exhaust...shouldn't be anythiing big since it's the second time...keep an eye on your engine oil levels just in case..
