Welcome aboard

Doesn’t seem to be available nor is there a replacement.

What is it as I’m not fimilar with the term? If the motor is what’s bad try a local place that rebuilds car starters as they may be able to repair it.

The Precision Pilot was an option this boat Maxum 2300 premium edition it is 36 volts (3-12 volt 35 amp batteries) a control box and battery equalizer one bow thruster and two stern thrusters controled by a by a joystick, apparently did not sell many, it was geared to someone that never had a boat, it makes docking very easy as you can use the thrusters to move in any direction, mine has workrd really well until this motor died hoprefully I can get it rebuilt. I don,t really need it to use the boat but it does get really strange looks when wind is offsetting me from pier and I just go sideways with no issues or into a tight spot.

Ok that’s what I thought it was but never heard it called that before. It’s been a few years but someone posted that they did as I said and had a starter rebuilder rebuild the motor and got theirs working again. I believe his was a 2100 SD model.

Thanks Mike, I am located in White Marsh, the place on Belair road that was there forever has closed up, going to look around for somewhere else local, at work I do a lot of business with Lange electric they rebuild motors going to talk to them and check into the East Coast bow thrusters that Gugi47 talked about, it just a DC motor hopefully wont be too hard to get rebuilt. Thanks Mitch

Yep knew it.

You’re in my backyard. Currently living in an apartment at The Crossings.
