Question Maxum 4100 Heat Exchanger - thru hull, seawater filter

I've found the thru hull and seawater filter for the cummins 330 and for the westerbeke genset but I don't see the/ thru hull for the heat exchanger. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The through hull is connected to a seacock, which shoudl then route to a sea strainer, then through the oil cooler, heat exchanger and out through the exhaust.

The engine is closed cooling. There is typically only one pickup for each engine and generator. The only time I've seen multiple is on large Class A vessels with a seachest.

Thanks Shrew - I know the process but am unable to physically find the sea water filter to change it. I'm looking for a physical reference on the boat to locate it.

I found it thanks.
Its located in the engine room, along the forward bulk head, starboard side.
Manual says "AFT BERTH BULKHEAD", not accurate.

I'm glad you found it. I'm simply not clear what you were looking for.

I have that same boat. On my boat that sea cock and sea strainer is for the AC. The two main sea cocks in center of engine room as Shrew indicated are the ones for your heat exchanger. There is no other sea cocks for the engine. Send pics of what you found
