Default adding horse power

Are there bolt on parts to add horse power to a 2001 4.3 carb

not really...bout the only thing you could change out is the carb..if it's say a 450cfm carb...bout the only thing you can do is change it to a 550cfm...then it gets into the part of taking the engien apart and start with increasing compression..changing cam's a bit...can't change it alot...porting..polishing...balancing...etc...or.. .the easiest thing to do is stick a v8 5.0 ltr engine...

instant horse power.....all it takes is bucks......hp=sq root of the dollar!!..
