Really!!! So I fixed it. Turns out there was stuff in the Anti Siphon valve. Ok not just stuff a family of earwigs? I replaced the valve boat runs like a champ. Actually got it up to 40 today. Now i can finally enjoy my purchase. Thanks for the help everyone.....

it was sitting for almost a year. the only thing i could think is they entered through the vent hose and had a cozy home until i bought it!!!

i am having the same problem. i will try the Anti Siphon valve and see if it helps.
