Default Replacement Switch Supplier

Hi to the Group. I am a new member so sorry if I have posed in the wrong section. I am trying to find replacement Toggle switches for a 2004 1900SR. My Blower and Anchor switches have both fallen apart and now it seems my Ignition switch is failing.

I think I can find an ignition barrel reasonably easy but the other switches I would like to keep with the matching style. Has anyone found a supplier that might stock the parts? I am in Australia but happy to pay the shipping costs.

Welcome aboard.

Not knowing what your switches look like I suggest googeling for marine toggle switches or try Great Lakes skipper, Defender, Fisheries, West Marine, ...

Being a 15 year oldboat you may not find an exact match.

Thanks Mike,
I will load a photo but I think I may have found it on the FP Marine site as it seems the SeaRay may have used the same switches. https://www.searay-parts.com/OFF-ON-.../lt-25x1-1.htm. It is a Carling brand toggle switch.

there is a thread on this site with web links that I used last year. Use the search hot button and look for switch repair or replace.

I would replace them all. That way they will match and stop falling apart.

Thanks all,
I did try to post a photo but for some reason it didn’t work. Anyway it seems they are a Carling switch but the distributors in Australia are not responding to me yet. I did however find the switch on FP Marine or Searay-parts.com and they seem to have all colours and types available.

Seems some of the Sea Ray parts were also used on the Maxum so problem solved thank you all.

When it comes to boats a lot of the parts are used by different manufactures .... Even if they look different, they serve the same purpose.. like I said earlier, just change them all and be done with it.

Other than the hull and seating all other components are from third party suppliers; Mercruiser, Perko, Whale, ...

Also Maxum and Sea Ray we’re both owned by Brunswick so I’m sure keeping common suppliers was a business decision to save. BTY Bayliner and Grady are also owned by Brunswick.
