SP, I have been contacted by a supplier on the east coast of Australia that accidentally ordered in the part he has no one wanting it, it retails for $1100 he is prepared to part with it for $400 as its taking up space and he knows the chance of someone else wanting a 110v is little to none, I am arranging transport and will let you know how it goes!! THANKS HEAPS for the part number thats the only way I got it!

UPDATE: The dealer is going to refund me the cost of the item so I'm only out $50 in shipping, and im back to square one, still cant find anything on the net that get close to what I need, it would appear that no one seems to stock 110-120V 2 burner induction cooktops, if someone out there knows anything it would be greatly appreciated, the dimensions I have are 21.5"x12.5" x 3" i can go larger on the width and depth but not the height as it sits ontop of the galley fridge and the clearence is not there.
I will keep hunting!

I know they make small free standing commercial induction cooktops.

Here are some:

I wonder if you could simply remove one from its case and install it in your boat?

Perhaps a unit like this one that has double 'burners':
