The A/C is running on shore power?

Did you Check to verify the power cord is properly plugged in and not loose causing low voltage. Else what Kevlar7 said.

No, I have not checked the power cord. I guess I had assumed it was plugged in properly, but I will check it out today when I get out there.

Thank you!

Change the A/C foam filter yearly.

make sure you are getting water flowing out of your through hull fitting. If not loosen the screws on the ac water pump which is located in the engine bay. Let it run and loosen the screws to let any air out. Also clean the screen.
Once in a while I have to bleed some air our of mine.
as noted here.. check for the unit freezing which usually indicated low R22.

Turned on the A/C today and it worked like new! I'm unsure what may have gone wrong, yesterday, but today it's good as new!

Thank you all for the insight. If I have any further issues, I will run through this checklist
