Default new2 me

Last time I was at my dealer Maxum went from 2100SC to 24SC so I'm not sure what your are getting..

You can check out my 2100SC at the following web page:

http://sempreveloce.tripod.com/

There is a link on that page that shows some of the upgrades and fixes that I have found necessary. Overall, I like the boat, but the 2100 is a little bouncy when the wind kicks up over 12 knots, whereas my friend with the 2400SC hardly notices the chop. So much so that I am considering adding tabs to the back to get a little extra lift out of the rear.

Will you be in rivers or open ocean?

Default names

Boat names, IMHO, ought to reflect the owner/boat in some way.. tying that together is difficult without seeing the boat, or knowing the owner or both..

Here's a link that might be of a little assisstance for you.

Default canvas

I'm not sure where you live but for a canvas...I'd give Leda's top shop in arlington wa. a call....she probably has the pattern for you boat and can whip it out in no time fairly reasonable.....
360-435-3067...she can fedex it for a slight fee.....I've had her do some work on my tops as well as some of the guys around me...she's awesome...really does quality work....really good customer service...

Default UK?

Whereabouts?
My wife is from Arbroath, up Scotland way. Its about 35 minutes northeast of Dundee, small fishing village. Too cold for pleasure boating.. but great for drinking...which may have something to do with why I have a Scottish wife.

i think somewhere else the moderator said you can't upload pics, but you can put a link to the pics elsewhere like Franco does.

They make several manuals or mercruiser engines very similar to the Chiltons car repair manuals. If you are mechanically inclined, I find they aren't too bad.
