alpha one gen two question

I am replacing my impeller and in the lower unit there is a rubber block which can go in two ways one side is flat the other has a rubber piece that looks like it would face the upper unit. The manual is not clear. Thanks

Hooked..........first welcome to the website and second to answer your question have you tried you tube? I know there is a bunch of how to videos for the alpha drive impeller instalation process and maybe that can help you.

Or I 'm sure someone will offer their expert knowledge to help you out shortly..........
