    Default Eng wont start

    If you look in the project section I just replaced my engine in my 1994. 2000SC. The eng is a 1989. (4.3) Before I bought it I heard run... but now I have it installed in the boat all hooked up. And it wont start. It cranks over just fine. Got power to the coil. But nothing out of the distributor. I hate electrical problems.

    I am thinking i might have to put the 1994 eng harness on the 1989 engine!

    When you say nothing out of the distributor you mean spark? If no spark, make sure you have B+ on one side of the ign coil, because the other side is your trigger from the ign module or points if thats what you have.
