Railing Screws 2400SE

This is almost embarrassing...

I am missing several screws on the railing (those in the railing section, NOT into the boat itself. I have been To Lowes and to West Marine to find replacements. Think I get close then they strip or break off. Any clues as to the type of screw that are supposed to be used on the rails.

And for what it is worth, just spend a beautiful weekend at Silver Beach Marina (Lake Coeur d' Alene, ID and it appears that summer is indeed here at
