New Maxum Owner

Saying hello to everyone. I am picking up my 2000 2300 SC Maxum today and am pretty excited.

Anything I need to know in regards to this boat that anyone can share?

I noticed it didn't have any trim tabs on it and will probably be the first thing I put on within a few months.

I plan on taking it on the Ocean from Long Beach to Catalina.

Hi Brian , last year I mountet Volvo QL trim tabs on my 2001 2300 sc and it works very fine.
Do you know if the depth sounder in the boat can shift from ft to meters`?
and do you have the manual for the depth sounder ?

Hi Brian , it,s the standard mounted,a little digital instrument , I don,t know the brand.

There are two, a Garmin and a Faria. I have a PDF for the Faria.
