How did you post the pics? I've tried to no avail. My understanding is that the images must 1st be on a 'server', then you imbed an image tag in the posting to them.

What city in Utah? I'm in Spokane.

I live in Layton. Its in Northern Utah.

And yes I hosted the pics on my domain and linked to them from here.

Top speed I've had her is around 34-35mph on glass like water. This was at 5000rpm right after I'd seafomed the engine. Its not super fast but it works!

Can you please take some close up photos of the boot on the side of the splashbox where the fuel line and the controls pass through the hull?
I get a lot of water coming in when there is a big chop, backing up or in following seas. I want to see what it should look like.

Also whats so cool about this VHF radio. Can I talk to truckers n' stuff with it? The freeway runs right along side of 2 of the areas I go boat at.

No, you can't talk to truckers. It is a DSC radio, which among other things will allow you to call individual vessels and plot their location on a GPS.

VHF-DSC is an internationally recognized standard that operates on channel 70 of the VHF maritime mobile band. Aside from functioning as a VHF radiotelephone, a VHF-DSC (digital selective calling) radio permits the selective reception of digital calls from other VHF-DSC radios on ships and at CCG MCTS centres. The important safety feature of the VHF-DSC radio is that it allows a ship in distress to transmit a rapid distress alert at the push of a button. When connected to a GPS or other suitable navigation receiver, the distress alert will include an accurate up-to-date position of the distressed vessel.

I noticed your trailer guides. They say Robertson's Marine on them. Could you please post the name of the manufactuer (if you can determine who that is) ? They look good and healthy...what I am looking for. Any chance they are spring-loaded?

For you or anyone else.... When I load my 2300 SC on the trailer the stern is still slightly floating when the bow seats in the bow roller. As I pull the trailer from the water the boat "sorta" centers on the bunks. I need guides that will be snug on the sides of the boat near the stern. Since the beam of the boat is greater that the width at the stern I need the guides to give a few inches as the widest part of the boat pases between them and then return to positive contact with the rub rail near the stern.
Anyone know of guides that will "self adjust" like this or allow me to raise and lock them up when the boat is pulled up to the bow roller but the stern is stll afloat?
