can any one post a pic of the air tube for the speedo for a 2800 scr or similar?

If it's a Bravo III, then it's in the drive itself. A small hole at the front of the drive just above the bullett. It goes up to a small black tube that runs behind the large M shaped zinc that sits in front of the drive on the forward portion of the cavitation plate. Sorry no pics.

and what happens to the tube when you remove the bravo 3 for repair? do it have a disconnect?

It's a rubber tube. It disconnects from the drive right behind that M shaped zinc on the forward part of the drive, which sits on the forward part of the cavitation plate.
