Taking on Water

My '02 2700 keeps taking on a gallon or so of water each time out. Aside from the outdrive and the seacocks, where should I check. Is there a history of this with this model and year?

sometimes it's not unheard of to take on some water....but the places I look for is all your hose fittings...all of your little blue plugs..they should have a rubber gasket on it.....then check the rubber boot that is attached to your outdrive...it shouldn't leak...when it rains here..I get about 5-10 gallons in the bilge from the radar arch directing water inside the sunbridge to the bilge....I'm always amazed at how much water I get....
so..to answer your question....it's not unusual to get water in the bilge....

also check the butt plug..make sure it's sealing .......
