We picked up our Maxum 3700 six weeks back and are enjoying it very much. Anyone interested in a 2007 Regal 2565. LOL

The first thing I did was get rid of the old TV/VCR and replace it with a 32" LED-LCD. The wall mount locks in place against the wall. Pull down on a chain and it is released allowing the arm to unfold and extend up to 18" from the wall. The lets us turn the TV towards the salon or all the way back towards the front berth.

I put a shelf at the top of the old TV cabinet and slide in a Blu-Ray DVD.

I also installed a 19" LCD/DVD combo in the rear berth to keep the grandkids out from under feet.

That turned out really nice! I might try to do the same in my mid-berth. Thanks for the great ideas!

I installed a 22" tv in the midberth on our 340...then tapped into the tv cable that ran from the transom connection to the fwd salon tv.....then I added my redneck sat. dish and a reciever for each end...sometimes it's a bear to lock onto the sat..other times I can get in the first time....

keeping the admiral happy with the garden channel is paramount ona rainy day...

I also swapped out the 12 year old Shakespear TV antenna for a 14" Glomex with amplifier. This dramatically improved reception, doubling the number of channels. I installed the Glomex controls behind the TV. My next task is to feed an antenna coax from the Glomex amp back to the mid-berth TV.

Last Saturday I installed a Fusion IP600 (iPod slides inside unit, behind flip down face) and two wired remotes. Am thrilled with the unit and remotes. Appearance, function, features and operation are by far the best I have seen on any radio. Time will tell about the quality of the internal workings.
