This looks like a good alternative to anti-fouling paint for those with high performance boats who don't want the added drag of bottom paint.
Nothing like making the forum community do the research :P :

SaƒeBoatSkin®
Better then Antifouling ?
FACTS ADVANTAGES
SaƒeBoatSkin® does not contain active, toxic, components which regulate fouling. SaƒeBoatSkin® does not harm the water environment.
SaƒeBoatSkin® creates a layer which is as smooth as a mirror. 1. This mirror smooth layer prevents any fouling to attach to the hull (fouling is therefore also prevented on the waterline and on the front).
2. Boats treated with SaƒeBoatSkin® sail faster / use less energy.
SaƒeBoatSkin® is also based on polymers (protein). Perfect attachment to all sort of surfaces (compare how mussels etc. attach themselves).
SaƒeBoatSkin® contains Carnauba wax and an UV filter. Your ship looks better and the lifetime of your paint is extended significantly.
SaƒeBoatSkin® can be applied over any clean surface (except soft Antifouling like Micron CSC). Sanding / primers /additional layers are not necessary! Simple correction when damaged. Simple maintenance.
SaƒeBoatSkin® creates a perfect layer against moist and ozon on any surface. Protects against osmosis
High efficiency (50-55m2 per 525 gr. bottle) Very competitive / inexpensive
End-user money-back warranty (within 90 days after purchase). Try-out without risk.
