Just bought a 1997 3000 SCR. Thanks for the responses on the Stringers. I have the boat back in my home port and am just discovering alot of the nuances of the boat. Any other 3000 SCR owners out there? Anyways, while cleaning the boat the cabin lights and radio suddenly went out. I'm hooked up on shore power. I checked the fuses under the steering wheel. Nothing amiss. All other power on the boat works fine. Any thoughts? Perhaps there's another fuse box I'm not seeing?

Help appreciated.

..sounds obvious, but are the batteries on? Lights work off 12V, so shore power doesn't apply. Also, on our 2800 SCR there is indeed a breaker switch next to the charger in the bilge......found that out the hard way after I tripped it on our first attempt at using windlass! Cheers- mike

Yeah, batteries are on. I actually was fiddling with the water system the other day and the lights suddenly came back on. Then yesterday my daughter accidently hit the shower switch in the head and the cabin lights went out again. So I think at this point I have a short or a cross with the water switchs in the galley and head. Still trying to figure out.

Thanks
